Les falta personal, o capacitarlos mejor, la gente de mostrador se hacen los "ocupados" para no atender o evadir las entregas...
They have enough materials and tools, they lack more products in stock, sometimes they are short of materials and they send you to another branch where they also do not have what you are looking for.
