Tuve una mala experiencia hace 2 años cuando compre aprox 120 m2 de lambrin y otro tanto de duela de parota. Justo antes de que se empezará a trabajar en cuanto cortamos los flejes de los paquetes toda la materia prima se empezó a torcer horrible y nisiquiera nos dio confianza para laquearlo e instalarlo porque seguramente nos iba a dar problemas graves con el cliente y el proyecto. En fin fue una pérdida para mi negocio y el proyecto pero mas vale antes de meternos en problemas con un cliente.
We have bought wood here for over 20 years and the attention and customer service has always been very good. I had a bad experience 2 years ago when I bought approx 120 m2 of lambrin and the same of parota stave. Just before work began as soon as we cut the straps on the packages, all the raw materials began to twist horrible and they didn't even give us the confidence to lacquer and install it because it was surely going to give us serious problems with the client and the project. In short, it was a loss for my business and the project, but it was better before we got into trouble with a client.
