★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad tienen buena madera y los precios están muy bien, pero su trabajador es una verdadera porquería no entiendo cómo el dueño lo tolera, quizás porque no se da cuenta como trata a sus clientes.
The truth is, they have good wood and the prices are very good, but their worker is a real mess. I don't understand how the owner tolerates it, perhaps because he doesn't realize how he treats his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno por parte de la administración y del personal que te cepilla la madera pero los de almacén son detestables. Llame para corroborar que vendieran los materiales que yo requería, me dicen por teléfono que si. Me dirijo a la tienda y sorpresa los señores del almacén no quisieron sacar el material, que por que no había espacio y que díce que cuantas me pensaba llevar. Le comento a la gente de administración y sorpresa que también me las mandan a volar. Es lamentable que tengan gente asi trabajando ahi.
The service is good from the administration and the staff who planing your wood, but the warehouse workers are obnoxious. Call to confirm that they sold the materials that I required, they tell me by phone that they are. I go to the store and surprise the men of the warehouse did not want to take out the material, because there was no space and they say how many I was thinking of taking. I tell the administration people and surprise that they also send me to fly. It is unfortunate that they have such people working there.
