★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable la atención en este lugar. La señora encargada es totalmente déspota y sin un gramo de educación ni amabilidad. Pedimos hablar con el dueño y no dijo ni una palabra, solamente dejó que la señora nos siguiera gritando. Lo único que queríamos era comprar madera y salimos indignados y confundidos por el trato que recibimos. No merecen ni una estrella.
 Unfortunate attention in this place. The lady in charge is totally despotic and without a gram of education or kindness. We asked to speak with the owner and he didn't say a word, he just let the lady keep yelling at us. All we wanted was to buy wood and we were outraged and confused by the treatment we received. They don't deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y trato del supuesto dueño. El cliente es el Cliente, asi se lleve 20 toneladas de madera o se lleve 5 tablas. Muy rara vez necesito comprar madera, pero la próxima vez estoy seguro que no le compraré ni el aserrín a El Fénix
