Cuando les pedía madera y me vendían ocote (esa madera de pino aceitosa que se usa para prender el carbón), pero con el tiempo me di cuenta que abusaban de mi ignorancia y me vendían madera descuadrada, mal cortada y mal canteada. El colmo fue lo último que les compré, pedí madera de segunda, cepillada y canteada, me entregaron madera sucia, rota y con cinco nudos por metro... Creo que le venden la madera buena a los mayoristas, porque a los que compramos poco nos dejan las sobras... En cuanto pueda les subo fotos de la madera de segunda que me vendieron, oculta entre otras tablas que compré. El precio un poco alto considerando que la madera no es tratada y hay que tomar en consideración el tiempo que hace falta para el tratamiento, por lo que en caso de un trabajo rápido o si va a estar a la intemperie no resulta una buena opción. Entiendo que la madera tiene tendencia a doblarse pero viendo videos sobre cómo trabajarla me di cuenta que ésta se doblaba todavía más que lo normal, probablemente debido a humedad al almacenarla (que es muy común en Colima), pienso que existe un problema en las instalaciones donde se guarda o que los árboles sean todavía muy jóvenes.
