★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, he realizado 3 pedidos de melamina cortada a mi domicilio, en la primera intentaron entregar la melamina sin cortar a pesar de que tiene costo, la segunda vez me intentaron entregar piezas rayadas y en mal estado, tuve que devolver. Se supone entregarían al siguiente día, al final tuve que ir después para que me hicieran esperar 3 horas por un solo corte de algo que ellos me intentaron dar en mal estado. La última vez, dijeron entregar de nuevo en dos días, una semana después llamó para que me digan que no hay nada a mi nombre y cuelguen. Por servicio al cliente que he tenido, tres primeras compras y todas de lo peor.

For customer service I've had, first three purchases and all the worst.

La persona de mostrador que me atendió (al parecer la encargada) no sabe de lo que le están hablando, cuando le preguntas por mercancía que incluso tiene exhibida, no entregan la mercancía a tiempo, tuve que llamarles un día después de la fecha acordada, durante la llamada escuché a la Sra. que se ponía platicar en lugar de agilizar el proceso (ni siquiera ponía mute).

Y ni hablar de solicitar un reembolso porque te hacen perder todo el día con su incompetencia!!
