From the last manager, the floor manager began to put obstacles for the cuts of my wood and today I went to buy a board and this person (a güero) asked me how many cuts I was going to make because the boy who was attending me had I work and if he wanted to return at 3 in the afternoon, I told him that there were only going to be 3 cuts so that they would know me in the car; That's how it was and I told the boy who was taking care of me that if he would please outline them for me and this (güero) approached me and complained that why didn't I tell him that I was also outlined .... then I got upset because they always give me that service .... then I told him that I needed it because I make furniture, and he replied that I made furniture not them. I told him, well if they don't give me service I won't come anymore and he said, pray to him !!! 1.- I believe that a client who leaves 100 or 200,000 pesos a year is not negligible 2.- This in bad times like now but in good times I spend 5,000 to 8,000 per week. 3.- I believe that the cleaning and the arrangement of the store can be done at a time when there are no customers. 4.- I thank you for the time you actually took care of me, but the truth is, there are more lumberyards that do what you do and if they provide service.
