Dial to request information, the person who attended me, very rude, cut me off and then later told me that I did not have what I was looking for and hung up the call, with a very bad taste in my mouth. What a bad service they give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio al cliente!, hablé para preguntar si tenían encino mexicano y la persona que me contestó me habló súper golpeado y me dijo "NO SOLAMENTE PINO", le dije "a ok gracias" y me colgó, si así te atienden por teléfono ya me imagino en persona, que horror.
Terrible customer service! I spoke to ask if they had Mexican oak and the person who answered me spoke to me super beaten and said "NOT ONLY PINO", I said "ok thanks" and he hung up on me, if that is how they will answer you by phone now I imagine in person, what a horror.

Very bad experience I just had, I go from afar, I speak I ask your schedule and I arrived 5 minutes before they closed and they did not want to attend me, they closed the door to me and they still could not do it. In my life I go back to buy .
