Buen precio, pero muy mala atención, las gordas de la recepcion solo están con su cel y si le pides, te mandan a la otra caja, tipo oxxo y luego con sus caras largas, el q surte un abuelito de muy mal carácter, se queja de todo y trata mal el material. Prefiero pagar un poquito más a venir a soportar de nuevo a estas personas sin ganas de trabajar. Espero los dueños pongan cámaras y estudien este foco rojo de su empresa.

Pésimo servicio los empleados te tratan mal como si el cliente no pagara su mercancía. Y ellos te lo esten regalando ya que lo que ellos te den tienes que aceptar en pocas palabras no saben tratar al cliente pesimo personal. Creo que si no les gusta trabajar aya que mo la hagan en fin

Pésimo!!! Si no quieren trabajar pues dejen de laborar, lo que se supone es su trabajo no lo hacen, les pedí que si podían cortar a la mitad solo dos tramos de tabla solos dos a la mitad solo dos!! En mi opinion, creo que no hay que generalizar el hecho de los malos tratos de los empleados hacia los clientes, y tambien hay que entender que tampoco todos los clientes vienen con una buena actitud hacia con la empresa. Por otro lado, el horario de comida deberia ser respetado, a nadie le gustaria que lo molestaran durante este momento, sin embargo las veces que he ido, el viejito me dijo que esperara unos minutos para que puedan atenderme, y con mucho gusto lo hicieron.

La maderería está muy limpia, está organizada, varias opciones de madera, el personal que trabaja en la recepción, (las 3 mujeres) groseras, flojas y con mala actitud de servicio. Hay otras opciones cercanas!!!

Necesito hablar con los dueños, deberían enterarse que sus empleados en horas de trabajo no quieran atenderte, abusan del exceso de confianza. Asi como el empresario asegura su sueldo, pueden turnarse para atender a los clientes, estoy segura que los dueños no tienen idea con esa actitud pierden muchos clientes, típico de algunos que tienen sueldo seguro, pésima actitud y servicio, si no desean atender que cierren el local. Hay mucha gente con ganas de trabajar. El alimento es sagrado lo comprendo pero pudieron turnarse. Les dije que venía desde progreso contestaron que espere 20 min. o hasta que terminaran no comprenden que el tiempo de las personas es valioso. Muchos se quejan de lo injusto del dueño pero nadie habla del dueño que mantiene 200 familias, venda o no y está obligado a pagar un sueldo. Cuando me enfade y levante la voz, preguntaron que que deseaba, pedí que se identificaran o dieran el nombre del dueño y se negaron.
