Very bad service

Terrible service. I do not recommend it at all. VERY RUDE AND DESPOTE people. My husband took out glasses and they never fit. I don't know what kind of materials or process they use to graduate the lenses, but DEBUT AND GOODBYE. At least they had the dignity to return the money, but they treated us very badly, when we had the patience and kindness of the world. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very good service and wide variety of frames of many brands. The eye exam is very quick and non-invasive. The girls treat you very kindly. Contracts are handled with companies whose employees have benefits to have their lenses made. It is recommended to have your eyes checked every year or year and a half. The optician is right away from Oaxaca house, quite central. They have all the health filter by Covid at the entrance and a hygiene protocol in the glasses that one tries on and those that one leaves. I was impressed! And they are right, you have to protect yourself from Covid also because of your glasses.
