★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Quirófano limpio y esterilizado, la habitación de recuperación no se sentía igual ya que las cobijaa estaban rotas con cinta microporo y las paredes sucias. Buen servicio de las enfermeras.
Lo que me molestó bastante es que tenía un cotización impresa elaborada por mi Dr. que me hizo el favor de operarme ahí, y al pagar la cuenta cobraron de más con pretexto se habían utilizado unas costuras diferentes pero esperaron se fuera el Dr. para evitar corroborar la información. Pedí una nota detallada desglosada y tardaron más de media hora en entregarla y nunca llegó.
Si se van a operar aquí sólo hagan el pago anticipado para que no les vean la cara y cobren de más cuando uno recién operado lo menos que quiere es esperar ahí y discutir.
The operating room was clean and sterilized, the recovery room did not feel the same as the blankets were torn with micropore tape and the walls dirty. Good service from the nurses.
What bothered me a lot is that I had a printed quote prepared by my Dr. who did me the favor of having surgery there, and when paying the bill they overcharged on the pretext they had used different seams but they waited for the Dr. to leave to avoid corroborate the information. I asked for a detailed itemized note and it took over half an hour to deliver and it never came.
If you are going to operate here, just make the advance payment so that they do not see your face and charge more when you have just operated, the least you want is to wait there and argue.
