Solicite cambio de buque cuatro semanas antes del cierre documental y me cobran $400 dolares por la modificacion y otros $400 por cancelacion., Otras navieras no te cobran por moficiaciones a la reservacion cuando faltan DOS semanas para que llegue el buque. Pedi contenedor grado B y entregaron una chatarra con filtraciones y reparaciones fuera del estandard. No llega ni agrado D. Ahora mismo están haciendo tiempo para no realizar las modicaciones al BL y cobrarme despues del zarpe. NO LOS RECOMIENDO.
THE WORST IN YEARS. Very square. I requested a change of ship four weeks before the documentary closing and they charge me $400 dollars for the modification and another $400 for cancellation. Other shipping companies do not charge you for modifications to the reservation when there are TWO weeks left before the ship arrives. I asked for a grade B container and they delivered a scrap metal with leaks and non-standard repairs. It does not arrive or please D. Right now they are making time to not make the modifications to the BL and charge me after the departure. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
