Buen fin de semana, disfrutando de excelente lugar, en atención y servicios organizados, seguro y limpio. Desde que ingresas y/o registras y asignan habitación el personal de cada área atentos y serviciales lo que hace que te sientas en un ambiente de confianza, la habitación limpia y equipada con una vista padrísima a la playa, en el restaurant limpio y el servicio de bufete completo para todo tipo de gustos, buen fin de semana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida de es excelente, las albercas están muy bien, pero servicio y atención falta más personal y atención, dar mantenimiento en general, colocar letreros de que es cada comida y el Gafete en el personal(Meseros, Cocineros etc).
No es vista ni parcial al mar,ni al mar están unos pinos y palmeras además que una calle que lo aleja del mar.
Lo genial es el acceso a la playa, con camastros del hotel, excelente acceso a la playa.
 The food is excellent, the pools are very good, but service and attention needs more personnel and attention, maintenance in general, placing signs that each meal is and the badge on the staff (waiters, cooks, etc).
It is not a partial view of the sea, nor are there some pine and palm trees in addition to a street that leads away from the sea.
The great thing is the access to the beach, with hotel loungers, excellent access to the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasamos unos días muy bonitos. Tengo 20 años visitando el hotel casi cada año, y aunque ha tenido su cambios siempre la experiencia ha sido muy grata sobre todo para los niños y adolescentes.
Si acaso solo que haya un poco más de variedad de comida en la cena para los niños pequeños, que a veces no les gusta lo que hay. Siempre amables las personas que tienen años trabajando ahí.
We had some very nice days. I have been visiting the hotel almost every year for 20 years, and although it has had its changes, the experience has always been very pleasant, especially for children and adolescents.
If only that there is a little more variety of food at dinner for small children, who sometimes do not like what is there. Always friendly people who have been working there for years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was filled with bursted pipes, I told the reception and they thought it was a good joke and didn't do anything about it. I paid for 3 balcony rooms and they never filled their side of the contract. They shorted us on 1 room without one. The hotel wasn't that clean either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a mess with service and facilities. I booked a room with sea view and a king size bed. But they gave me a room with a view of the parking lot When I complained, it had nothing to do with our hotel. They said it was my fault for booking on Expedia. They said, "Don't complain to the hotel, complain to Wexeite. It's a very hot place. But the room doesn't have a refrigerator." No and no wifi. This place is really hell. I feel like I'm in hell, not on vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is OK, but It shows it age. Some fixtures are worn or torn. Staff at the restaurant is kind and attentive. Waiters at the beach are scarce, plan ahead and order twice as much.
