Pésimo trabajo (de una de las chicas) me cortaron mal, me pintaron mal y no se hacen cargo de sus errores. Quieren que les pagues un corte mal hecho y un tinte mal puesto.. tengo puntos negros porque cuando me pinto la raíz se le cayeron gotitas al resto del cabello. ????El tinte oscuro de la raíz cayó en el cabello de enfrente y cuando le pedí que lo arreglara me aseguro que ella no haría ese trabajo hasta dentro de 15 días, el corte inicialmente era hermoso y cuando me empezó a grafilar me dejó una liniea arriba de la línea original.??? Les dije que les quitaría algo del costo del tinte para ir a otro lugar l hacérmelo yo misma y me dijeron que mejor ellos me daban el decolorante y yo les pagará todo y fuera a hacérmelo sola en casa? o que regresara dentro de 15 días, cuando quise pagar al chavo de la entrada una de ellas me estaba agarrando como si les fuera a robar sosteniéndo mis manos...? tenía muchas cosas más de que quejarme y no lo hice por respeto, la Chava que me atendió tenía prisa la dueña muy amable cuidaba mi cabello y cuando regrese de nuevo con la otra muchacha jalaba mi cabello me lo secaba con aire caliente después de una decoloración incluso la dueña lo secó con aire menos caliente.? me dijeron que llamarían a la policía y yo la estaba esperando era mejor que pagar por un trabajo mal hecho, y nunca me negué a pagar.. solo quise descontar algo que según yo es lo que me salía comprar decolorante, peroxido, guantes y tinte. Solo me descontaron 100pesos DIGANME, USTEDES HUBIERAN PAGADO? ... porque ellas alegaban que yo desde que llegue no quería pagar y eso no es verdad. Yo llevaba dinero. Diganme chicas.. cuanto les sale a ustedes reparar esto? 100 pesos? No. . El corte fue lo que más me decepcciono apenas estaba explicándole que era lo que quería y ya me ll estaba cortando.. se molestó me pasó con otra chica que me atendió muy amable pero me dijo: *ya te lo cortó así ella, ahora que quieres que te haga? Te lo dejo así mal hecho o trato de repararlo?* y me estaban alegando que el problema era mi cabello cuando el primer corte fue hermoso, el problema definitivamente no fue mi cabello. *aunque trataron de repararlo cuando muevo mi cabello se marca mucho dos líneas* . ESTE TRABAJO NO ES UNA NEGLIGENCIA DEL CLIENTE (YO) ES UNA NEGLIGENCIA DE LA "ESTILISTA" QUE EN TODO MOMENTO LES PREGUNTABA A LAS DEMAS QUE HACER. Dudo mucho que tenga estudios sobre el trabajo que hoy me obligaron a pagarle.

Es un lugar que llevo años visitando , sin importar la distancia siempre prefiero ir ahí. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, la atención al cliente es bastante buena, hay opción de sacar cita o de llegar, eso si, hay que esperar, y vale la pena hacerlo, la atención, el cuidado y el lugar limpio y ordenado se agradece bastante. La persona que te recibe es muy agradable tanto con el cliente como con su personal. Si tienes algún evento o quieres un cambio de look, a mi criterio es uno de los lugares que debes de escoger.
