Wow.. I needed a refill for my nails. I was there for 40 minutes and the nails look amazing and despite salt water every day, they last and last. I am super happy and highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Fantastic. It's her own little one woman show and she was thorough and did a great job. She speaks English well :) I got a gel manicure and regular pedi and I'm extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

My nail experience there was not up to my expectation at all. I trusted the google review and went there but i was very unsatisfied with her skill and service. And i had to spend 2hours to fix it. Obviously not 5 star and not value for money. I would go somewhere in Cancun instead.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Long story short…she does not respect appointments. I contacted her a couple days before I arrived to the island to request an appointment. I have a large celebration and made time away from “vacation” time to get my nails done in preparation for it. I had let her know that I wanted to know how long my acrylic nail and pedicure service would take because I was pressed for time. Well, I’m super excited for the service because I’ve only had my nails done with acrylic once before and was looking forward to having them for the celebration. My appointment is at 10am and I get there at 10:03am and she has someone in her chair already a couple minutes into her service. She said she hat texted me (which she did at 3am the night before, but only a reminder, not a request for confirmation) and that the person was there waiting when she opened and took her cause I had not responded (again, her text was at 3am night before and said it was a reminder). She asked me to wait 1 hour before she could see me. Needless to say, I left very upset.

I left with 4 bloody nail beds and a streak of blood in one of my gel nails. It’s by no means the first time anyone’s cut my cuticles but she did not take care to heal or even avoid the open wounds. She moves quickly and appears to know what she’s doing, but my hands hurt the rest of the week and the gel manicure did not last that long. I appreciate her one woman show, but this is not a service my friend and I would recommend.
