★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar muy bonito pero muy descuidado, tiene muchísimo potencial pero le falta mucha atención, el servicio es bueno por parte de los jóvenes que lo atienden pero les falta atención, no los culpo al contrario le echan ganas, tiene mucho espacio desperdiciado, además de que esta muy sucio, descuidado, por el precio podría mejorar, igual faltan atención a las entradas por que tienen 2 una de un lado de la isla y la otra de el otro, y la música, tienen sonidero y cumbia a todo volumen en lugar de música para niños.

No solamente el lugar si no tambien el como estan atendiendo al público. yo era cliente desde que abrieron a mis hijos les gustaba ir a ese lugar pero ya a pesar de los años lo descuidaron
La parte de la cocina muy sucia y abandonada de echo se esta cayendo por pedazos, las lanchitas ya no estan en servicio el lugar se ve abandonado y bandalizado, los baños con fugas de agua pesimos y con agujeros en los techos y hasta la fecha no les han dado mantenimiento del otro lado el laberinto sus colchones todos sucios y rotos los juegos sucios todo en mal estado las escaleras con grietas y agujeros igual hay juegos que tienen pero no funcionan como la tirolesa los.muchachos que han estado mienten en que esta en mantenimiento pero es falso tambien me percate que donde esta la entrada y salida de la tirolesa no es muy segura porque ni siquiera le ponen atencion las piertas no estan cerradas correctamente puede haber un accidente con los niños el puente colgante tiene la maya rota y se puede caer los niños no es muy seguro la.comida es pesima la que sirven ya no es de calidad hace unos meces unos chicos me atendieron bien y igual pregunte por el lugar porque no le han dado mantenimiento al lugar y ellos me contestaron molestos que les han prometido cambiar el lugar de imagen renovarlo pero tambien los que trabajaban ahi me decian que sus pagos eran atrasados y aveces no les daban completo el sueldo. Esta opinion se las comparto porque en esta semana que paso fui con mis sobrinas y los chicos que me comentaron la situación lamentablemente ya no estan el servicio de ahorita a la atencion no es muy buena quisas los chicos de antes trataron de mejorar la atencion ahunque el lugar esta deteriorado espero haga un cambio si es que no quieren perder clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 20 de noviembre del presente año contraté junto a mi familia un servicio privado en este lugar y con mucha molestia les platico lo siguiente;
No limpiaron las instalaciones
No lavaron los baños, es más ni sirven
No brindaron los alimentos acordados en el contrato de hecho la comida servida no alcanzo ni para una 3era parte de los invitados, los alimentos fueron de muy mala calidad (caducos), el agua solo la pintaron xq ni sabor tenía, utensilios proporcionados enlamados y oxidados.
Los juegos en muy mal estado y sucios en general no se tomaron ni la delicadeza para limpiar el lugar en general.
Ninguna de las personas que se encuentran en el lugar se hacen responsables de lo ocurrido mencionan a un tal contador que no da la cara. Señores si de algo les sirve mi comentario no contraten el servicio en este lugar ni para pasar el rato, nuestro servicio se solicito con más de 3 meses de anticipación dando anticipo y liquidando en tiempo para el nefasto servicio que nos dieron, hasta la fecha estoy exigiendo un reembolso.
