tuve la peor experiencia en ese lugar, no saben hacer las uñas, y cuando fui a reclamar ninguna de las chicas me quiso atender, las uñas se levantan solo x usar agua caliente ? realmente es horrible el trato en ese lugar

Pésimo servicio a bajado mucho de calidad. Al llegar estaban discutiendo en voz alta la recepción con una trabajadora la verdad fue mui desagradable. Luego en mi servicio de manicure no duro. Solo an pasado dos horas de que sali y ya se me levanto el shellac de las manos que apreté me pintaron todo el dedo. En el pedicure salí toda cortada le tuve que decir a la mujer que solo usara la lima por que ya me avía sacado sangre de 3 dedos. No pierdan su tiempo.

My nail tech took her lunch break while I had an appointment with her. Sury actually went next door got her gorditas and hid to eat lol while I was left to soak my feet. Damn at least let me know so I could order gorditas too girl lolll I was sitting there like a mensa waiting for like 30 mins. I get it she was hungry but come on...

Good prices but not enough workers or space for waiting and rude front staff. People were standing while waiting since they only have one couch to sit and wait. There were 5 workers out of a total of 17 nail stations. You would think they would be fully staffed on Saturdays of all days. Waiting time was up to 3 hours. I had to go with my 4th color choice as they were out of the first three I asked for. What kind of nail salon does not have nail polish fully stocked?! The worker commented that it was embarrassing but sadly a common thing there. Lastly, no free mixed drinks like Madeline. They only had water or coke. There was a raspa man who visited and sold drinks but it would be nice if they had mixed drinks available. I did like the job the girl did although I felt a bit rushed as she was leaving right after she finished with me. Overall I might try it during the week to see if it's any better but thinking about how much time I wasted I'll probably save my time and go to Madeline or Ashleys.
