There were 2 staff who were vey helpful: opening blocks of paper so that I could check different textures, bringing items out of storage...attentive, helpful.
The man working at the desk was very patient, taking time, invoking patience, listening to my (many) questions spoken in Spanish (not my first language) along with explanations of materials, goals, items that I am pursueing. He was helful. My 'art vocabulary' ha crecido. Gracias.
He asked more detailed questions about some of my requests and said he would pursue the items, since he does have products from the particular company in stock.
I had a satisfactory visit in México Mágico, left with a big bag of supplies and when I need more, will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The thing that bothers me with this place is the owner and staff. Yes we know you have the only game n town but you should at least learn to act like you appreciate people coming in and giving you their money especially considering the low quality of your paint. It's always a cringe feeling when I need supplies especially with the owner who is so indifferent, condescending and has the personality of a mortician who hates his job. The other staff will at least pretend to care but they always seem to be distracted by other job related issues.
