very bad service !!! They take care of you very reluctantly, especially Mrs. Mary who answers never solves anything and passes you a watsapp that they answer you when they want and do not follow up on your need and leave your messages in view that the store's choice the owner should check more his deal.

Una vez que dejé el electrodoméstico para reparación, quedaron de avisarme cuál sería el costo de reparación, una vez hecho el diagnóstico. Nunca me llamaron, por lo que tiempo después yo me comuniqué y ya estaba reparada mi licuadora.
El precio me pareció justo, solo necesitan afinar ese detalle, es muy importante tener una buena atención al cliente.
Satisfied with the repair, but they still need to improve their customer service a lot. Once I left the appliance for repair, they kept telling me what the repair cost would be, once the diagnosis was made. They never called me, so some time later I contacted and my blender was already repaired.
The price seemed fair to me, they just need to fine-tune that detail, it is very important to have good customer service.
