★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetaron mis reservaciones. Se borraron mágicamente del sistema aún y con los depósitos realizados en tiempo y forma y al llamar. (Sólo via Telefónica atienden según ellos) para la reclamación nunca respondían después de mucho nos contestaron que se habia cancelado y que sólo nos devolverian el 50 % de lo abonado( para colmo en un Bono sólo utilizable con ellos) , cuando nosotros en ningún momento cancelamos ni dejamos de pagar.
They did not respect my reservations. They were magically deleted from the system even and with the deposits made in a timely manner and when calling. (Only by telephone they answer according to them) for the claim they never responded after a long time they answered that it had been canceled and that they would only return 50% of the payment (to top it off in a Bonus only usable with them), when we at no time We cancel or stop paying.
