Very bad customer service, -they put me on hold for 10 min, hang up, the Miss who answered nothing more told me that they did not handle La Paz, she did not give me options and she did not even give me her first name that they did not handle it! I will never make a trip with magni charters again, and what they missed because I was going to recommend them to my partners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No satisfecha ya que parece que la chica no le interesa vender y discrimina al entrar, se nota molestia por que uno le externe las dudas, no da opciones de destino ni lugares.
Yo iba ya dispuesta y con el dinero para hacer la reservacion ya que mi familia ha utilizado los servicios, pero la chica al verme solo me dijo que no tenía muchos paquetes bajos sin preguntar cual necesita yo y cuando le dije que uno todo incluido se rio le pregunte por la Rivera maya me dijo que ahí no hay nada que hacer le dije si quiero uno todo incluido y dijo que si estaba bien xq no había nada que ver que triste tuve que trasladarme a otra sucursal que no me discrimine por mi apariencia
