When the date to collect tickets arrived, since the trip was for October 2019, they informed me that the agency had closed since July 2019. and all their changes of address were without notifying their clients. To many, like me, he did not comply with the trip or return the money (to date). I went with you like in March 2020 to report the case, but they did not attend to me because there were many people canceling or changing the date of their trips due to the pandemic. The point is that he does not respond to the questions or by phone, or by message, whatsapp, or anything. He has a Facebook page because he advertises himself as a model, director of Miss Earth Nuevo León, image and personality advisor, motivation courses. His page is Alonso Garle (Alonso García Leal) and Alonso Garle Models. I ask you: what can you do so that this person already complies with his contract, that I have it in writing and the payment with the card. The total I paid for the trip was $ 22,930. that at the moment one needs it because of the situation we are experiencing. Excuse me for doing this now, but on some occasion he did answer me and said that he was going to comply with me, that I was not going to look bad. I don't know if you know him, but I don't know how long he's been doing this. I complain because I need support for this person to answer for his fraud ...... And if he continues with his agency business, he is leaving you with a very bad reputation because he says that the tickets do not reach him, that he let us know .... and when he agrees on one, he has already changed his address.
