Tuve un procedimiento hecho por la srita marina, mal manejado y mal suturado, nunca apuntaron otra cita que tuve, me la mandaron a una semana después ya estando ahí, y a la hora de la cita siguiente, me avisaron ya estando ahí que no estaba el dentista. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

I was referred to this place by a friend, the moment I moved to Vallarta. When we called to schedule, we told the girl the specific thing I needed done. My husband is from Mexico so he was the one to talk to make sure they understand us. When we went to see Dr. Marina, we repeated what I needed done, in Spanish and in English, I also mentioned we were living here now, and I need a reliable dentist. Long story short, I needed a filling changed and I also mentioned that I have pain in that tooth in the gums, that it was sensitive to cold and hot, sweet, and she was like OK, let's see. She immediately started working, but she didn't remove the old filling from the tooth. She just slapped some new filling right at the part where the tooth meets the gums... I asked her what she was doing and if she was not going to remove the old filling, and all surprised she asked:'You want me to change the filling??' To repeat, she was told 3 times what I needed. Then she removed some of it, it was all very very fast, not even 10 minutes and she was done. After I left, I started having severe pain in the part close to my gums, and I saw they were inflamed and that my gums were pushing over the filling that wasn't supposed to be there. When I told her I wanted her to remove it, she said she had time to do it only in 5 days!!!! I was very furious at this point, and pressed hard on her to get it removed, which eventually we managed the next day. I canceled all my future appointments, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. A real dentist would first take an Xray of the problem tooth to see if there's anything serious going on under the surface, but no, this place will just want to take your money. Stay away.
