Se pueden dar indicaciones y con eso se podría hacer, pero que solo se puede directo en el establecimiento, con todo lo de la pandemia seria buena opción que lo puedan hacer. J	Juan Pat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de mucho tiempo de estar imprimiendo en la papaleria y tenerlos en cuenta como una de las mejores de Valladolid, hoy me llevo una muy mala experiencia la cual no me permite otorgarles una buena calificación. El día de ayer fui a imprimir unos cuadernillos pero por error el que atiende no tomó el archivo que le señalé y me terminó imprimiendo la misma cantidad de cuadernillos pero de otro archivo. Al llegar a mi casa y al darme cuenta, regresé a la papelería para llegar a un arreglo, creí que con amabilidad se podría llegar a una solución pero desafortunadamente no se pudo y el empleado con mala gana me dijo que no se puede hacer nada y que la única solución es volver a imprimir de nuevo el archivo que al principio no tomó por error. Desepcionadamente, por la necesidad y la urgencia de tener esos cuadernillos terminé pagando de nuevo. Pedí las copias que me imprimieron por error pero ya no me las devolvieron, les recordé que ya los había pagado, que eran míos y aún así no me los devolvieron. Lo mismo con la nota de comprá, no me lo quisieron dar, se quedaron con ello. Ojalá alguna autoridad inmediata de ésta papaleria pueda leer ésto, capacite a sus empleados para dar un mejor servicio y den una buena atención al cliente. After a long time of printing in the papaleria and taking them into account as one of the best in Valladolid, today I have a very bad experience which does not allow me to give them a good rating. Yesterday I went to print some booklets but by mistake the attendant did not take the file that I indicated and ended up printing the same number of booklets but from another file. Upon arriving home and realizing it, I went back to the stationery store to reach an arrangement, I thought that with kindness a solution could be reached but unfortunately it could not and the employee reluctantly told me that nothing can be done and that the only solution is to print again the file that you did not take by mistake at the beginning. Disappointingly, due to the need and urgency of having those booklets, I ended up paying again. I ordered the copies that they printed for me by mistake but they did not return them to me, I reminded them that I had already paid for them, that they were mine and they still did not return them to me. The same with the purchase note, they didn't want to give it to me, they kept it. Hopefully some immediate authority of this papaleria can read this, train their employees to provide better service and give good customer service.
