★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 horas de espera, cuando por fin pasan mi carro por el túnel le arrancaron la defensa por”error” y un dolor de cabeza, pero la señora y señor (dueños del lugar) se hicieron responsables y se portaron excelente, me arreglaron la defensa,mi vehículo es un corolla 2016
 2 hours of waiting, when my car finally passed through the tunnel they tore off the defense by "mistake" and a headache, but the lady and the gentleman (owners of the place) took responsibility and behaved excellently, they fixed the defense for me , my vehicle is a 2016 corolla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca aspiran los asientos, ya con ésta ocasión, son 3 veces que me sucede que me doy cuenta, reclamo, y en vez de aspirarlos, sacan un trapo y les dan un trapazo rápido a los asientos.
A pesar de las reclamaciones NO ha habido cambios en el servicio.
They never vacuum the seats, already on this occasion, it happens to me 3 times that I realize it, I complain, and instead of vacuuming them, they take out a cloth and give the seats a quick stroke.
Despite the claims there have been NO changes to the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de limpieza muy tardado y muy mal en su facturación, nunca me llegan las facturas y cuando hablo para pedirlas me sacan muchas excusas cuando ellos deberían mandarlas en el momento y nomas no me llegan.
Ya no volveré a llevar mi auto a lavar en este lugar!!!
Very late cleaning service and very bad billing, I never get the bills and when I speak to ask for them they make me many excuses when they should send them right away and they just don't reach me.
I will no longer take my car to wash in this place !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregunté cuál era la recomendación y me dijeron que el t bone de $456 pesos. Lo pedí termino medio y me lo trajeron casi quemado. Muy seco y duro. La atención pésima y cobrando de más, pedí la corrección de la cuenta y cuando le dije que pusiera 10% de propina se ofendió. Pero no sé ofenden por dar mal servicio y tratar de cobrar de más. No vuelvo a pararme en ese lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car washes used to be very cheap now's they are a little more expensive and it bothers me they keep having less time for a quarter but it's where I go to get the dust off my car and it works pretty well it cost me a buck and a half to wash my car
