★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Único cine en la zona media, asistí a la función de la 2:40 PM, estaban apenas abriendo, no tenían los productos que anunciaban, no cocas ,no Ice, solo las palomitas. Andaban a las carreras creo. Mis boletos los compré en la tienda Super Abasolo Puente Corona, otro inconveniente, no aceptan cobro por tarjeta y el super no tiene ningún cajero. Existe uno por el hospital general como a 300 metros aproximadamente. Deberían mejorar más ese servicio.
 The only movie theater in the middle zone, I attended the 2:40 PM show, they were just opening, they didn't have the products they advertised, no cokes, no Ice, just popcorn. They were racing I think. I bought my tickets at the Super Abasolo Puente Corona store, another inconvenience, they do not accept payment by card and the supermarket does not have a cashier. There is one by the general hospital about 300 meters away. They should improve this service more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente una muy buena experiencia, aunque obvio por el tamaño, número de taquillas y cajas para comprar golosinas, al haber situaciones tales como estrenos muy concurridos y esperados como lo fue "No way Home", el lugar se satura muchísimo y es muy larga la espera para poder entrar a la sala.
Fuera de eso, el servicio y la atención son de muy buena calidad. Los empleados muy amables y eficientes. Y todos los productos en excelente calidad, aunque los precios, como en todos los cines, son un poco elevados.
Las proyecciones y el audio de las salas, excelente.
Las butacas comodísimas.
En fin... En un día normal sin tanto gentío, una experiencia muy placentera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para disfrutar del cine. Las tarifas son accesibles y las promociones de fin de semana y temáticas le dan un plus.
Recomendaría que los empleados recibieran capacitación en trato al cliente, si bien no son groseros un poco más de empatía les vendría bien.
Excellent place to enjoy the cinema. Rates are accessible and weekend and theme promotions give you a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to watch 440 spider man, it is 505 and projector is not even on. The coke machines do not work and the business is starting to look like it is not being updated as it should. Had also came here when Matrix came out and the movie was failing so often they gave out ticket certificates instead.
