They require you to pay 300 in advance without a guarantee that your equipment will be repaired, and they do not allow you to talk to the technician. Explain the essentials to the technician. I asked that they promise to put original parts and not substitutes, and that was not clear to me and I don't know. They promise to give you a written receipt of your equipment, the conditions received and the faults to be corrected, and that tells me a lot.

You cannot claim them in person because the technician does not show his face, only a girl comes out who receives the devices but does not know anything, and by phone and WhatsApp they no longer answer me. Read the other negative reviews here and on facebook and they are experiences similar to mine, the bad thing is that I read them very late.

I took him two amplifiers, for one he quoted me 13,000 pesos for the repair (without telling me what the problem was) and for the other he only told me: it is not a simple repair. 4. He doesn't answer the phone but I've already seen that he is very aware of the reviews so here I wait for his answer telling me that I'm raising false just like how he answers everyone. 5. Don Manuel: I have a mechanic shop but I suggest you never take your car there to be repaired because I will give you a quote but I will never tell you what you have or what parts are going to be changed, so save yourself a courage 6. When they are going to send you equipment, be honest and tell your clients that you are going to charge $300 but that you reserve the right not to give any information other than the total amount of the repair, so many of us will save the fatigue.
