★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here first time and loved it, and made a second appt for my birthday and made sure to make an appt a month early before Xmas which I did. But the person who does the scheduling let me know it was confirmed and that will message me before my appt. 4 days before my appt I have Not heard from no one so messaged them to make sure and the person let me know they only had 2 spaces for me because other times were booked. So how unprofessional of not respecting my initial appt and the fact I made a review of this on Facebook the person messaged me saying it was unnecessary to put a negative review. Another unprofessional response and experience from this place. Lack of customer service and profesionalismo.
