★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy mi mamá acudió a su sucursal para pagar un certificado de regalo que yo estuve tratando desde Facebook, iba desde Zacatecas y llegó aproximadamente a las 2:00pm ya que nos basamos en los horarios que tienen en internet. Cuando llegó ni siquiera fueron buenas para contestarle el saludo, les comentó que quería pagar el certificado y le contestaron que estaban en su hora de comida (siendo que no estaban comiendo, sólo platicando), ella les dijo que solo quería pagarlo y que iba desde lejos y sólo le dijeron que volviera después de las 4.
Especifiquen sus horarios, para no llevarnos está clase de disgustos porque parece que sus empleados no quieren trabajar.
Today my mom went to her branch to pay for a gift certificate that I was dealing with from Facebook, she was coming from Zacatecas and arrived at approximately 2:00 pm since we rely on the hours they have on the internet. When she arrived they weren't even good at answering her greeting, she told them that she wanted to pay for the certificate and they told her that they were at their lunch hour (since they weren't eating, just talking), she told them that she just wanted to pay for it and that she was going from away and was only told to come back after 4.
Specify your hours, so as not to bring us this kind of trouble because it seems that your employees do not want to work.
