The place is very nice, an oasis in the middle of the city. Classes and teachers are very good.

The very patient and kind teachers. Very parent and varied classes. The place has very safe and comfortable parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las maestras son muy buenas. Sobretodo Laura Villarreal de vinyasa a las 8:30 AM Lu, Mi y Vi y yoga suave de las 10 AM los mismos días. Si no llevas tapete lo puedes rentar. Todas las maestras tienen tipos muy diferente de dar la clase, en la noche son más concurridas. Aunque seas principiante puedes incorporarte a las clases porque cada quien va a su ritmo, y pueden enseñarte posturas modificadas. Tienen una clase de prueba y algunas promociones, para que revises su página de facebook que es donde las publican.
The teachers are very good. Especially Laura Villarreal of vinyasa at 8:30 AM Mon, Wed and Fri and gentle yoga at 10 AM on the same days. If you don't bring a mat you can rent it. All the teachers have very different types of teaching, at night they are more crowded. Even if you are a beginner, you can join the classes because everyone goes at their own pace, and they can teach you modified postures. They have a test class and some promotions, so you can check their facebook page which is where they publish them.
