Appalling! Almost two hours waiting for the bus of the trip to be canceled at the end, bad experience, I do not recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala organización, tenía programado el viaje para mi mamá el día viernes 21 a las 11pm su salida seria en la iglesia purisima, pero el mismo día viernes, se comunican con mi mamá para comentarle que el viaje se cambiaría al día sábado 22 saliendo a las 6:30 am en estación tapia.
NO daban respuesta, no contestaban mensajes de WhatsApp ni mensenger,
Al final nos acomodaron con otra agencia que su viaje si estaba programado en ese horario, por la mañana, el hotel estaba como a 20min del centro, cuando los otros pasajeros los hospedaron en un hotel super cercano.
En verdad no los recomendamos, fue un regalo para mamá y la experiencia no fue de nuestro agrado, desde la atención y organización.
Very bad organization, I had scheduled the trip for my mother on Friday the 21st at 11pm, her departure would be in the very purisima church, but on the same Friday, they communicate with my mother to tell her that the trip would be changed to Saturday the 22nd going to 6:30 am at wall station.
They did not give an answer, they did not answer WhatsApp messages or messengers,
In the end they accommodated us with another agency that their trip was scheduled at that time, in the morning, the hotel was about 20 minutes from the center, when the other passengers put them up in a super nearby hotel.
We really do not recommend them, it was a gift for mom and the experience was not to our liking, from the attention and organization.
