★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del gerente, grosero y sin la mínima idea de lo que es atención al cliente. El chico a su cargo es lo contrario- los directivos les deberían invertir los roles...Prefieran hacer sus envíos en otros lugares.
Terrible manager attention, rude and without the slightest idea of what customer service is. The boy in his charge is the opposite - managers should reverse roles ... They prefer to ship elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. Hice una llamada a MBE CONDESA y el chiko que me contestó de nombre Christian Salazar es un grosero, prepotente e inepto. Me cuesta trabajo creer que no sepan hacer su trabajo y a parte sean tan prepotentes. Mi tv lleva en tramite desde mediados de diciembre y a la fecha siguen dándome largas, ademas de que me cuelgan cuando trato de imponerme por su forma de responder donde ahora resulta que la inepta soy yo. Repulsivo este tipo..... Cero capacidad de atencion al cliente.
I give a star because you can't give less. I made a call to MBE CONDESA and the guy who answered me by the name of Christian Salazar is rude, arrogant and inept. I find it hard to believe that they do not know how to do their job and are also so arrogant. My TV has been in the pipeline since mid-December and to date they keep giving me lengths, in addition to hanging me when I try to impose myself for their way of responding where now it turns out that I am the inept. Repulsive this type ..... Zero capacity of attention to the client.
