En este Mail Boxes me cotizaron en 1,200 pesos un envío a Texas por UPS. Pasé a in ESTAFETA y me costó $611.00, también usando UPS -ESTAFETA MASARYK MÁS BARATO Y SERVICIO AMIGABLE-
Terrible service, SLOW, without desire. I preferred to go.

In this Mail Boxes I was quoted at 1,200 pesos a shipment to Texas by UPS. I went to ESTAFETA and it cost me $ 611.00, also using UPS - CHEAPEST MASARYK STAFETA AND FRIENDLY SERVICE -

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En las imagens en anexo podran ver en la descripcion "Impuestos Aduanales/Importacion" y cuando fue por mis paquetes les pedi el recibo de la aduana y me dicieran que no habian impuestos aduanales y que era un seguro obligatorio que tenia que pagar pero que el sistema lo reconocía como "Impuestos Aduanales" por eso aparecía ese nombre en el recibo. (ver anexos)
Yo nunca me subscribe a ninguno seguro y estoy a ponderar avanzar con una demanda compensatoria porque a manera como operan es engañosa.
In the attached images you can see in the description "Customs / Import Taxes" and when I went for my packages I asked them for the customs receipt and they told me that there were no customs taxes and that it was a mandatory insurance that I had to pay but that the The system recognized it as "Customs Tax", which is why that name appeared on the receipt. (see annexes)
I never subscribe to any insurance and I am considering moving forward with a compensatory claim because the way they operate is deceptive.

Así que probé este MBE y Ricardo & Tabiola no podrían haber sido más acogedores. Nada era demasiado problema. Fueron extremadamente honestos en sus precios y muy serviciales y amables. Recomiendo ampliamente este MBE en la Ciudad de México. ¡5 estrellas!
I went to two other MBE offices in Mexico City, but neither of them bothered to provide any services to me. So I gave this MBE a try and Ricardo & Tabiola couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely honest in their prices and very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this MBE in Mexico City. 5 stars!
