It was not open during the hours they say. I even confirmed the schedule by speaking in advance and when I arrived it was closed. This happened to me two days in a row.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Destruyeron mi televisor al enviarlo por estafeta, les avise el mismo día de recibir y envié los documentos que pidieron, pero Mail boxes presentaron la denuncia un mes después y por ende stafeta no pago nada y tampoco asumieron el costo del daño.
