Muy buen servicio, lleve a mi perrita muy mala y él la curo en tan solo 2 días, la verdad mi familia y yo, estamos muy contentas y conformes con los servicios que brindan en esta clínica, son muy amables y el servicios que te ofrecen es muy muy completo. Desconozco la calidad del servicio. Pero estábamos interesados en un certificado y en un baño para un pastor inglés. Nos querían cobrar en $1000 pesos cada uno (total $2000). En otros lugares nos suelen cobrar el baño en $350 y en $150 el certificado. Nos sorprendió bastante

Quedamos a una hora y no estaba. Le llame y me dijo "te dije que salía" a lo cual le respondí que entonces no hubiera quedado a una hora especifica. Llevé una cachorra para unas radiografías (no se si sea el término correcto) la cachorra obviamente no quería estar en una posición incomoda, él agarro con fuerza sus patitas y la estiro como un trapo y con mucha fuerza y me dijo que la tenía que poner en esa posición para que saliera la radiografía correctamente. El punto es que yo no se como sujetar a un animalito que esta en constante movimiento y evidentemente no lo lastimaré jalándolo mientras se retuerce. Su comentario fue: "yo no batallo, los anestesio y ya" a lo cual respondí, cual es la probabilidad de que le pase algo su respuesta fue: se puede morir o no. a lo cual conteste que si solo esa opción me daba, no sugirió sedarla, pues que como dueña de la mascota no iba a querer tomar ese riesgo, sobre todo por que mi mascota iba con una condición delicada. En fin, su actitud pésima, sus sugerencias pésimas, parecía que le quitaba el tiempo lo cual me incomodó más porque no fui a pedirle un favor, le pagué un servicio. Sugerencia: si estas de malas o no tienes tiempo o no te gusta batallar con los clientes, no ofrezcas servicios ni respondas en plan "lo tomas o lo dejas" HAY MAS LUGARES NO VAYAN AHÍ

To which I answered that if only that option gave me, he did not suggest sedating her, since as the owner of the pet I would not want to take that risk, especially because my pet had a delicate condition. Anyway, his lousy attitude, his lousy suggestions, seemed to take up his time, which made me even more uncomfortable because I didn't go to ask him for a favor, I paid him a service. Suggestion: if you are upset or you don't have time or you don't like to battle with clients, don't offer services or respond in the "take it or leave it" plan. THERE ARE MORE PLACES. DO NOT GO THERE
