★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in any Kayser all over Mexico. Staff is slow, untrained and to top it off unfriendly. I go often because it’s in my building but service is absolutely atrocious. If it was not for the bread i would avoid all together :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the ground floor lobby café for a quick breakfast. I ordered a Croque Monsieur and waited 15 minutes only to realize the staff neglected to prepare my food. Not the first time I had slow service in this location.
