I was there this week we had breakfast when the check came I gave the lady some cash and she got this bad attitude telling me “ how about de tips?”
I told her bring the change then I’ll give her the tips.
I think she took us for dogs as we say in French TRÈS INSOLENTE.
I gave her the tips then and she wasn’t feeling it and the service was really bad because of her attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ll croissants, except for the plain ones, were significantly over baked and burned. Mango tart that I got as an alternative, wasn't fresh. It was impossible to eat it with the spoon provided, so hard it was. Latte that I ordered was literally Americano and added milk. Not espresso with foamed milk on top. Poor service. There's no love neither simple attitude of service. Place was kept clean and sanitized though.

We always enjoy this restaurant at the airport in Mexico City - its consistant and the sandwiches (and bakery) are moist delish and flavorful. Unfortunately - the food at at the reforma mall is horrible. The sandwiches and bakery are dry and flavorless. I dont know if the owners use different food vendors - but the quality is completely different!
