★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive French chain with terrible croissants & no customer service with an abundance of employees standing there ignoring you. No employees speak English which is unusual at an airport (noting Im a seasoned traveller).
Location inside International Terminal 1.
I had to request my ham & cheese croissant to be heated again as the cheese had not melted from what I could see. The result a poor breakfast, hot in parts and for the rest I pulled the remaining cold cheese out but ate the cold ham. The under cooked crossient pastry definitely didn’t represent good baking, this was all for $150 peso. Espresso coffee was ok but tasted like a McDonalds coffee rather than a cafe. Ive previously had the pastry smothered in white icing which is lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally 7 employees in one stand, all of them ignores you, making an order to take away super slow, never gave me my tickets, moreover I had to repeat my order explicitly, and still the girl who was making my order made a mistake, didn’t put any forks, and a muffin was missing even though I repeated it twice, my mistake was in a rush and didn’t check the bag in front of them, super angry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excelent, the staff rude. There were about 7 people in there yet they got the orders mixed up and instead of giving me a latte gave me a chai. Also, they have a tables yet call it a restaurant service and before I could sit down a lady came and told me I could not sit down even though I had just purchased a whole meal, I could have stated and all but with that sort of attitude no way would I spend more on a business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly disgusting service. I ordered a hot chocolate which was expensive for CDMX at 75 pesos, and the member of staff who made my drink was sniffling and touching her nose under her mask, and I had to ask her to wash her hands before preparing my drink. Basic hygiene is ignored here. To make matters worse I waited over 15 minutes between ordering and receiving my drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place; however, the quality at the airport branch is terrible. Worst coffee E V E R!! There’s a Starbucks just around the corner, don’t waist your time here if you want/need a good coffee to start your traveling adventure. BTW - the waiters are super polite and extremely service oriented, that’s the only positive note…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the food we got here. Macaroon cookies so stale they fell apart into crumbs and the center was as hard as a rock. Don’t you all rotate your products? Horrible. Not to mention the female staff was rude and had a sour face the whole time and the prices were 40% higher than the Kayser store at the mall. I almost forgot to add that my almond croissant was a wet soggy mess compared with the fresh, flaky one I got from the mall there that was crunchy around the edges. You guys are DOING IT WRONG!!!
