Vas a comer muy sano y rico.
La oferta del lugar es muy apegado a lo natural, saludable, y casi artesanal. De verdad hay labor de cocinar alimentos sin ingredientes que parten de lo procesado y comercial.
Tienen opción para el programa detox con jugos. Usan tortillas con chia, coliflor en sus postres, maíz azul, miel de agave y bastantes cosas más.
Para mi sorpresa tienen pan de masa madre, algo que suele ser difícil de encontrar y que generalmente son productos que "de la calzada para acá" no encuentras.

The offer of the place is very attached to the natural, healthy, and almost handmade. There really work to cook food without ingredients that leave from the processing and trade.
They have an option for the juice detox program. They use tortillas with chia, cauliflower in their desserts, blue corn, agave honey and many other things.
To my surprise, they have dough bread, something that is often difficult to find and that are generally products that "from the road to here" you can not find.
