EDICION NOVIEMBRE 2019: Ya no funcionan como restaurante regular. Lamentablemente varios factores muy distintos a la calidad y sabor, los llevaron a tomar una drástica decisión. Actualmente funcionan bajo reservación y para eventos como baby showers, despedidas, posadas, etc. Les deseo mucho éxito y estaré esperando logren agendar su excelente paella Fin de edición Nov2019. --------------- Tres meses atrás dije: "Muy bien vale otra visita." He seguido yendo. El chef, Alejandro, es un apasionado de su cocina y, parece que quienes cocinan con él comparten esa pasión. La comida extremadamente sabrosa, con un toque muy particular. Quizás si estás acostumbrado a servicios rápidos te desesperes. En Maíz y Trigo prepara la mayoría de las cosas al momento, lo cual provoca una demora entre cuando pides la comida y cuando en efecto te la sirven. Así que definitivamente si vas, que no sea con prisa, finalmente vale la pena lentamente degustar lo que con tantas ganas se prepara para tu apetito.

Maybe if you are used to fast services you despair. In Corn and Wheat prepare most of the things at the moment, which causes a delay between when you order the food and when in fact they serve it to you. So definitely if you go, that is not in a hurry, it is finally worth slowly to taste what is eagerly prepared for your appetite.
