BUENÍSIMA atención, buenísimos productos!! si tienes la disposición te explican a detalle la elaboración de cada producto, su manera de usar y conservar, realmente me gustó su trato al cliente, pero sobre todo las galletitas de maíz <3, tienen bastantes productos desde tortillas de 3 variedades de maíz (rosa, amarillo y azul), tostadas, sopes, tlacoyos, gorditas, tamales, hasta guisados. Muy recomendable.
VERY GOOD attention, great products !! If you have the disposition, they explain in detail the elaboration of each product, its way of using and preserving, I really liked their treatment of the client, but above all the corn cookies <3, they have many products from tortillas of 3 varieties of corn ( pink, yellow and blue), tostadas, sopes, tlacoyos, gorditas, tamales, even stews. Es un concepto magnifico super necesario pero lastima de dueños y encargados No hay manera de tener comunicacion con ellos no tienen un telefono donde marcar y les mandas wats y no contestan y si contestan es mucho tiempo despues en realidad uno no quiere molestar es solo para corroborar que esten abiertos e ir a comprar pero parece que se molestan al ser contactados , bueno entonces viendo la dituacion vas directamente y estan cerrados preguntas horarios y llegas despues de pasar un viacrucis y un trafical porque aparte estan super mal ubicados en casa de la fregada y llegas y cerrado mandas mensaje y no contestan Que pena de actitud no les auguro exito y se perdieron de una gran clienta ya que no tolero el maiz transgenic Hasta nunca maizajo !!!!!!

Buena tarde. Los visitamos entre semana y estaba cerrado a las 4 p. m., estuvimos llamando al número en donde se supone que atienden y además estuvimos tocando la puerta, y nadie atendió el teléfono y tampoco se dignaron a abrir, claramente se escuchaba que había gente en el lugar. Nos hicimos 1 hora y media de camino y estuvo peor el regreso, por lo menos hubieran contestado para NO ir de manera infructuosa. Ésto NO se trata de si somos doctores o tortilleros, se trata de EDUCACIÓN. Una lástima su atención y servicio al cliente. No regresamos.

Básicamente es una tortillería en donde ellos mismos hacen el nixtamalizado, donde se supone no agregan nada más que el maiz, agua y cal para la elaboración de las masas. Hay gran variedad de artículos. Son buenos y de buen sabor, durán bastante tiempo las tortillas si las podés al alto vacío. Tienen la opción de pedidos a domicilio.

We booked a course, but when we arrived, after travelling hour and a half from the south of the city, there was no one there. We text the owner and he didn’t reply, but shortly after we were informed by his partner that they were unable to run the course that day and forgot to inform us, despite confirming the night before. We were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect shown, and the owner has yet to reach out to us directly to apologise.

CLOSED TO PUBLIC ON MONDAYS- we drove all the way across town, took an hour to pick up some of their amazing tortillas and we're told they are not open to the public on Mondays. So, if you can go another day. Sadly we had to fly out Tuesday and couldn't return. We did however, taste them at Fonda Mayora in Condesa.
