Very professional. Old and uncomfortable tables.
Poor spanish speaking staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad we opted for Majestic for our couples massage. It is located right outside of Secrets Vallarta Bay. We left feeling relaxed and amazing. Highly recommend it compared to the over priced massages offered at the Secrets Spa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go here weekly and set up an appointment a week in advance. One week they were 10 minutes late, we overlooked that. Then the next week we get there and they took customers in our time slot an kept telling us 5 more minutes and after 30 minutes we just left. Very poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magestic is just a short walk from the Secrets campus and offers outstanding massages for a great price. We had Arely and Naty—they were professional and skilled. Great spot! All of our friends ended up going based upon our recommendation and had great experiences!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG these massages were good, they were quiet around the area but this massage place was great, facility's are not of 5 star SPA but the the people and the massages are amazing and very professional. Value for money like no other as I went there 5 times. Well worth a try for deep or relaxing massage.

Without anything to compare to, my review may not mean much, but it did relieve some pain I had in my back. My wife has had a number of massages and she says it was the best she has ever had and that we are going back before we leave Puerto Vallarta!
