The apartments are super nice and cozy, ? it's close to the beach, the Ferry, downtown, oxxo, pharmacies, even Salud Digna ? Everything is at hand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está ubicado en el centro, debes caminar unos 15min para llegar a la zona turística. El edificio es muy bonito, con instalaciones que se ven muy nuevas. Tienen todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Arriba tiene piscina y muebles de exterior.
It is located in the center, you must walk about 15 minutes to get to the tourist area. The building is very nice, with facilities that look very new. They have everything you need for a good stay. Upstairs has a pool and outdoor furniture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was overall nice, good view from rooftop pool, big windows in apartment, okay view from 3rd floor (lower floors will face brick wall 2m away). Fit and finish is not good, although it's new(ish) building - paint drips, rattling electric sockets, broken window lock etc. Water pressure very low, barely enough to wash. Hot water also barely warm, on highest setting.
15min walking from playacar beach.
For the ~1000€/month (airbnb) it wasn't too bad but overall, PDC is overrated and there are so much better places in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for over a month, enjoyed clean building and convenient location until a very unfortunate event happened. The security guards are not equipped with anything in case of emergency. The company managing this building absolutely MUST provide security with at least work phone that they can use for work emergencies, not to mention a first aid kit!!! The price of a phone is so little in comparison to a life of a young man that could have been saved if security had functional phone to call ambulance. For the price that is charged to stay at this building, please equip your security guards!
