★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a mis 6 perritos al baño y corte de pelo, quemaron horrible en la cara a 2 de ellos y a otro le cortaron una pata, ya gaste mas de 1500 pesos en veterinarios para curar las quemaduras que hicieron con la rasurada, NO RECOMIENDO!
 I took my 6 dogs to the bathroom and got a haircut, they burned horrible in the face of 2 of them and another had a leg cut off, I already spent more than 1500 pesos in veterinarians to heal the burns they did with the shaving, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Majo y Fede son muy profesionales y comprometidos, además de cuidar muy bien a nuestras mascotas y tratarlas con amor. Si como yo, solo pueden acudir en fin de semana, les recomiendo que agenden con anticipación. Atienden todo tipo de perros, pero si tienen un shih-tzu, van a quedar muy felices, ya que están actualizados con las últimas tendencias. La foto es del Facebook de Majo.
Majo and Fede are very professional and committed, as well as taking good care of our pets and treating them with love. If, like me, they can only go on weekends, I recommend that you book in advance. They cater for all kinds of dogs, but if they have a shih-tzu, they will be very happy, as they are updated with the latest trends. The photo is from Majo's Facebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buena en general la atención. El servicio para los perros es buena y una ventaja es que está especializada yo llevé Yorkies y el servicio es muy bueno. Sólo me dijeron que me iban a enviar las fotos y no fue así pero bueno no pasa nada. Quizas Fede no estaba de humor. No hay problema.
The attention is good in general. The service for the dogs is good and an advantage is that it is specialized I took Yorkies and the service is very good. They only told me that they were going to send me the photos and it was not like that but hey, nothing happens. Maybe Fede was not in the mood. No problem.

Por favor si les recibe alguien quien no sea Federico su perro no deberían de confiar que saldrá como lo pidan.
Su asistente que no sabe escuchar me recibió a mi cocker spaniel y aunque yo fui muy clara con mis direcciones la tipa decidió decir que simplemente quería que despuntara a mi perro. Hasta le mande foto de lo que quería.
Recibí a mi perro bañadito, sin el corte corto que quería y con un cargo añadido de 70$. Haciendo el costo total de 420$ POR UNA DESPUNTADA DE PELO.
Hablé con Federico y ya llevo 3 SEMANAS intentando ver si el puede rectificar el error que hizo SU empleada.
Me veo enfrentada a mensajes ignorados y respuestas vagas. Siempre está fuera de la ciudad y no me puede atender.
Me enfurece que no pueda tener la decencia de aceptar un error y corregirlo. Me hubiera tenido de clienta fiel si no fuera por eso.
PÉSIMO ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE.
