Un servicio decente y el desayuno incluído bastante bien.
Mucho cuidado con la rampa del estacionamiento ya que está muy empinada.
Very clean and comfortable room to sleep.
Decent service and pretty good breakfast included.
Be very careful with the parking ramp as it is very steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always stay at this hotel in Xalapa. Location is fantastic right in the downtown area, always clean rooms and the beds are usually pretty comfortable. It is a little loud in some rooms as the walls are thin but I think that is pretty average for most hotels.
The front desk staff are always super friendly and the complimentary breakfast is good. Definitely recommend, especially for the price.
