k	karla marrufo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar bellísima, el personal muy amable pero la persona que tienen de encargada "la licenciada" muy déspota como si te estuviera haciendo un favor y no ofreciendo un servicio por el cual estas pagando, no es la primera vez que me hospedó en el lugar y en esta ocasión no tuve una grata estadía, además que por todo te cobra, no me quiso facturar según porque no le dije en el momento que pague sino al día siguiente que hice checkout, repito antes no era así, por eso seguí regresando al hotel, pero esta fue la última vez, una lastima que pierdan clientes por la pésima persona que tienen al frente de la atención al cliente !! Hay campo de fútbol, volibol en pasto, pin pon, albercas para todas las edades, gimnasio pequeño, spa, bicicletas, acceso al río, restaurante con servicio a la habitación, y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de un día de relajación y diversión. La comida de primera, con servicio a la habitación sin costo adicional, las cabañas amplias, limpias equipadas, y desde luego nuestras mascotas se la pasaron de primera.
