★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia que yo he tenido en makanani o hilo a sido muy grata ya que la maestra nos hace tener confianza en nosotras tanto física como mentalmente sin importar la edad y peso. Lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona que quiera practicar alguna disciplina, pero por miedo no lo ha hecho.
The experience that I have had in makanani or thread has been very pleasant since the teacher makes us trust us both physically and mentally regardless of age and weight. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to practice some discipline, but has not done so out of fear.
