A couple of weeks ago I went to do the microshading with which I am still in love, I tell you. I arrived at the Himalaya branch and super treatment of the girl at the reception, the facilities were super nice and clean, they have a contingency protocol which made me feel safe, they deliver a kit with vitamin for our eyebrows and after the procedure you can contact them and have the security that they will answer any questions you have. Regarding the procedure, Karlita made the design for me, she showed it to me so that I could confirm if I liked it (obviously, she is an expert), she started the process and all the time she was aware of how I felt, her materials are pure quality. So I recommend their work, they are super professional and have a very friendly treatment.

Sadly, I did not have a good experience, I had the microblading done in January, I had all the care they recommended but from the 1st week I sent them a message commenting that I saw my eyebrows very uneven, they told me that I should wait for the whole process ... result did not improve so schedule for retouching. When I went to the retouching, they themselves told me that the pigment had not "caught" me well, they questioned me about the care and I commented that I had them all. After the retouching, I assumed that I would have the result like the ones I have seen on the page, however again it was not like that, I sent messages with photographs of my eyebrows from the first week and the girl who answered me, confirmed that the pigment had not grabbed again. They did not give me any type of guarantee, they told me that maybe it was because of my skin type, the fact is that I have had the micro for 6 months and the retouching for 3 months, and it seems that nothing was done to them. I think there should be some kind of guarantee, since what you pay is not cheap and the result was not what was expected.
