Fuí el lunes a las 9:28 PM y ya estaba todo levantado y no me dieron servicio, pero seguía con las puertas abiertas. Si cierras a las 9:30 PM deberían de empezar a recoger y limpiar después de esa hora no antes. Otra modificación de 2 a 4 por la respuesta del dueño ?
Mahul Bowl is delicious. Good decoration and concept. I modified my 5-star rating to 2. I went on Monday at 9:28 PM and everything was up and I was not given service, but I kept the doors open. If you close at 9:30 PM you should start picking up and cleaning after that time not before. Another modification from 2 to 4 due to the response of the owner ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quiero ser contracorriente, pero me parece una falta de respeto que te cobren $150 pesos por un tazón cerealero de puro arroz con 3 verduras y 4 tiras de proteína, lo veo excesivo y hasta cierto punto un robo, porque no te llena, solo sabe rico puesto que tiene encima soya y salsas, pero no deja de ser un arroz chino (no son ni $5 en costo para ellos de puro arroz) y verduras con alguna proteína. No siendo suficiente, tienen pokes con ingredientes que se cobran extra al tamaño que elijas, entonces si ya te están cobrando $120 pesos, súmale otros $30 de ingredientes extra. No me pareció nada agradable la experiencia, muy bonito el lugar por dentro, te transporta a un ambiente muy tropical, excelente atención de su personal, muy buena ubicación, vaya en imagen están impecables, pero para nada regresaría por el precio. Y vamos, que tampoco estoy pidiendo que cuesten $40 pesos, pero algo sí mucho más razonable. Dejo 3 estrellas y no dos, porque creo que éste es un concepto para alguien que compra todo muy caro porque es tendencia y porque es orgánico y aunque sea arroz te lo compra 10 veces el precio, para los que les gusta ir con la corriente, etc, para ellos seguro está bien.

I did not find the experience very pleasant, the place is very nice inside, it transports you to a very tropical environment, excellent attention from its staff, very good location, go in picture they are impeccable, but for nothing I would return for the price. And come on, I'm not asking that they cost $ 40 pesos, but something much more reasonable. I leave 3 stars and not two, because I think this is a concept for someone who buys everything very expensive because it is trend and because it is organic and even if it is rice you buy it 10 times the price, for those who like to go with the flow, etc, for them it is safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí por Uber. Los pokes llegaron abiertos y todo el contenido caído sobre la bolsa. Por el tipo de contenedores me quedó claro que la culpa no era del repartidor, porque si los contenedores hubieran estado bien cerrados no volteándolos de cabeza se hubieran abierto. Hablé al restaurante y en pocas palabras la respuesta fue "no es nuestra culpa y hágale como quiera". La respuesta fue justamente lo peor. Por lo menos una disculpa mereciamos. Pésimo servicio al cliente!
I asked for Uber. The pokes arrived open and all the contents fell on the bag. From the type of containers it was clear to me that it was not the fault of the delivery man, because if the containers had been properly closed, not turning them upside down, they would have opened. I spoke to the restaurant and in a nutshell the answer was "it's not our fault and do as you like". The answer was just the worst. At least an apology we deserve. Terrible customer service!
