★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tardaron más de dos semanas en darme un diagnóstico de una herramienta sencilla, la señora en el teléfono no da explicaciones y su atención en persona es más a fuerza que de ganas, no me gustó para nada su servicio y el tiempo que tardan en reparar la herramienta es demasiado, aparentemente tienen mucho trabajo pero solo se ve que hay un técnico, no vuelvo a trabajar con ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alguna ocasión mandé a reparar un taladro y lo dejaron muy bien hasta la fecha sigue funcionando. Siempre tienen las refacciones de los equipos que he ido a buscar. El único detalle es nunca contestan el teléfono ,deberían invertir en un conmutador.
On some occasion I sent a drill to be repaired and they left it very well to date it continues to work. They always have the spare parts of the equipment that I have gone to look for. The only detail is they never answer the phone, they should invest in a switch.
